Website visit statistics

Zhukov Motors Ltd, trading as Motors27, uses limited first-party statistical measurement solely to understand and improve this website. We rely on the PECR statistical purposes exception and our legitimate interests in maintaining a useful website, rather than assuming consent. There are no advertising trackers, individual profiles or new/returning visitor metrics. You can object free of charge below without affecting the website or booking service.

A secure first-party activity cookie (__Host-m27_activity) expires after 30 minutes without measured activity. Its value is shared by all browsers active in the same minute: it is not a unique or persistent browser identifier. It only prevents counting each page as another visit. An expired session counts as a new visit. We immediately add each visit to an anonymous weekly source total and retain no individual visit history, IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, full URLs, names, phone numbers, emails, registrations or form contents in analytics. No fingerprinting is used.

Visits are measured browser sessions, not unique people. Browser restrictions, repeat visits and best-effort bot filtering affect these totals. Each visit is assigned once to Google Business Profile, Google Search, Instagram, Facebook or Other using recognised referrer or campaign information. Direct and unidentified visits are Other. Google Business Profile attribution requires owner-confirmed UTM tagging. All new website appointment requests are counted separately from their original SQLite creation times; customer records are not changed.

Anonymous weekly totals and queued reports are retained for no more than 13 months. Reports to info@motors27.co.uk contain only aggregate figures, use the existing Google Workspace SMTP Relay, and are used for website improvement, not advertising or decisions about individuals. No analytics data is shared with advertising platforms.

Opt out below to stop measurement and clear the activity cookie. A necessary, non-unique preference cookie (__Host-m27_stats_off) and browser preference remember your objection for up to 90 days. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track also disables measurement. The Privacy / Analytics settings link at the bottom of public pages returns here. Contributions already combined into anonymous totals cannot be separated or linked back to a browser. Any former analytics identifiers are removed; individual-level analytics records are no longer retained. Operational security logs are separate and are not used for these statistics.

To object or ask about your data rights, contact info@motors27.co.uk. You can complain to us or to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Opting out does not affect information needed to handle your appointment request.
